The Snake
Treachery, like beauty, is in
the eyes of those that see. I am beautiful.
I can go places where many of my
brothers cannot go. I don’t see with my eyes
because eyes can be deceived.
In black’s blackness I can see my enemy.
I am the snake – I see with my heart.
