The Crow
Many hearts of our enemies,
have spilled out their spirits.
Their eyes no longer grasp
the sun, on it’s many journeys.
They will no longer wear their
courting blankets.
They have sung their medicine songs.
But now the magpies sit greedily
upon their breastplates..
They have learned
the songs of the Crow will never cease.
