High Raven
My enemy is all around,
Their horses pass so closely,
In the darkness,
Yet, they do not see me.
My enemies camp fires
Glow on the mountain.
On a moonless night
I am the spirit of the Raven,
I fly so closely to my enemy
the down of their eagle feathers
Dances softly with each swoop.

Tomorrow in battle I will send
Them to their fathers,
With great sorrow they will tell,
How I beat them.

On my horse I will stand on the mountain
I will call out the names of those who
were avenged.
And in the other land,
There will be singing
I am High Raven.
